Hello! My name is Danielle and I am a Research Assistant in Psychology at Northumbria University. I have recently completed my undergraduate Psychology degree in which I was awarded a First Class BSc! My next steps are to complete my MSc in Health Psychology, and then onto my PhD. I also have experience working with SEN children in primary schools in small groups and 1-to-1. My role was to increase their engagement and academic performance, making learning fun and more understandable!
Within Milano ADHD and Neurodiversity Empowerment Ltd, I am happy to provide knowledge in areas of Psychology where requested. Over the course of my degree, I explored various areas of Psychology, notably childhood development, mental health difficulties and therapies, and neuro-cognitive psychology. Whilst I am not yet qualified to diagnose individuals or administer therapies, I am more than happy to provide information which can help the wider community better understand neurodiversity and the support available.
